Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support invoice processing and supplier coordination for our Australian entertainment account. The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, assisting with supplier concerns, and supporting day‑to‑day accounts payable operations. The ideal candidate is organized, willing to learn, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure accurate recording of expenses
• Match invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents when applicable
