Accounts Payable Officer
Salary: $75K - $80K + super (pro rata)
Location: Chadstone
Hours: Part time - 3 days a week, permanent
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High-volume invoice processing - Handle large numbers of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
- Payment processing - Process payments via bank transfers, checks, or other methods while managing payment schedules.
- Bank reconciliations - Match payments with bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Process improvement - Streamline workflows and implement automation for better efficiency.
