Bay Disposal is looking for an **Accounts Payable Clerk** at our **Norfolk, VA** location. This position performs vital functions to the business, as well as to the customers by focusing on the PO Log and distribution of PO’s, tracking of various purchases, and processing of invoices for payment.

Pay rate: $23 - $25/hr

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Process invoices against purchase orders, reviewing for pricing and sales tax
+ Issue purchase orders
+ Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
+ Work with team to ensure all purchaser are requesting purchase orders.
+ Requesting Certificates of Insurance
+ Reconciling invoices, statements, and reports.
+ Work in conjunction with other departments
