Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage and handle full set of accounts financial matters, its associated record keeping as well as maintenance and improvement of financial records.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports, monthly reconciliation, cash flows and other finance-related reports, e.g. claims, petty cash, staff welfare.
  • Preparation of accounts payables.
  • Preparation and submission of GST.
  • Preparation of monthly salaries.
  • Assist in HR-related functions.
  • Support company operation and management in financial planning and assist in cash flow projections.
  • Maintaining and updating employee’s personal files, leave and allocation allowance.
  • Preparation of Audit and audit-related documents.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
