Position Overview
Roles & Responsibilities The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):
Client and relationship - Act as a point of contact for the clients on their day‑to‑day affairs, with supervision where necessary, and ensure that all communication, whether written or spoken, is in a professional manner.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients.
- Respond to and deal with client queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that the manager is kept up to date with any issues arising from the client or its activities.
Service provision - Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system.
- Ensure all receipts are updated in the accounting system on a timely basis.
- Handle the banking of cheques into bank accounts on a timely basis.
- Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
