Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):

Client and relationship
  • Act as a point of contact for the clients on their day‑to‑day affairs, with supervision where necessary, and ensure that all communication, whether written or spoken, is in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a good relationship with clients.
  • Respond to and deal with client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure that the manager is kept up to date with any issues arising from the client or its activities.
Service provision
  • Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system.
  • Ensure all receipts are updated in the accounting system on a timely basis.
  • Handle the banking of cheques into bank accounts on a timely basis.
  • Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
