Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
  • Perform monthly and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time
  • Maintain proper accounting schedules and records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Coordinate with external auditors and prepare required documentation to facilitate annual audit processes
  • Liaise with tax agent, company secretary, and other government agencies
  • Manage staff claims, petty cash, and expense tracking
  • Manage employee records, onboarding and offboarding processes, and work pass application
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, and income tax clearance
  • Administer leave records, claims, benefits, and staff insurance
  • Maintain HR documents, employment contracts, and staff files
  • Support Project team with project administration
