Position Overview
Responsibilities and Qualifications - Possess min LCCI/Dip in Accountancy or it's equivalent
- Min 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Dynamic Microsoft 365 would be an advantage
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Check supplier’s invoices & seeks approval before process payment
- Able to handle AP/AR/GST functions
- Petty cash reimbursement
- Monthly bank reconciliations & prepare weekly bank balance report
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for Audit and Tax purposes
- Assist with the preparation of month-end closing and year-end audits
- Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
