Position Overview
Responsibilities - Customer Master creation and maintenance.
- Handle customers’ billing enquiries.
- Liaise with salesmen to resolve customers’ billing disputes.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on collections.
- Prepare journals, audit schedules, AR aging reports on a monthly basis.
- Prepare inter-company balances confirmation.
AP Duties - Handle overseas suppliers invoices transactions and payment.
- Update staff hand phone claims.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Duration - Contact (4 months)
- Upto $3000
Location - Gul Circle
- Transportation provided from various MRT station
Working Hours - Monday to Friday
- 8:15am – 5:30pm
