Accounts Assistant

Position Overview

Our client is Oil & Gas service provider in Singapore. They have an immediate requirement for a Accounts Assistant.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
  • Prepare customer invoices and assist in monitoring collections
  • Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records and filing
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and other reconciliations
  • Support month-end closing activities and preparation of schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on accounting matters
  • Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the finance team as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and Tally-ERP accounting software will be an advantage
