Position Overview
Accounts receivables, payables and general ledger. Handles full set of accounts including GST return, tax matter and financial statement matters. Reconcile monthly bank statement. Chase outstanding payment. Check expense claim of staff. Handle HR matter includes payroll, leave records and others. Perform general clerical duties which include preparing documents, filling of documents and any other duties as assigned. Handle office upkeeps such as replenishment of stattioneries, copier machine, arrange for aircon servicing etc. Any others administrative ad-hoc matters.
