Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Assist the Accounts Manager with full sets of accounts and handling month-end closing activities Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure seamless financial transactions Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internally Submit timely and accurate management and GST reports on a monthly basis Other administrative duties assigned Pre-requisites: Preferably with related accounting/finance experience and qualifications Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel Attention to detail and ability to multitask Approach tasks with a meticulous and accurate mindset with a sense of urgency
