Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of accounting/finance operations such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing across all sites.
- Manage team performance and development.
- Initiate continuous improvement activities, work with stakeholders, and support sales activities.
Qualifications
- With 4-5 years of professional experience in leading accounting and finance operations in BPO/shared service/international industries.
- With strong background in R2R, AR, AP, and billing.
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Employment Type: direct hire and permanent.
- Work Schedule: mid shift and night shift (work schedule may vary)
- Work Set-up: 100% onsite
- Location: Ortigas, Pasig
