Diversified Staffing Services, a leading staffing agency in Alberta, is currently seeking experienced Accounting Technician's for potential openings within the Drayton Valley, AB and Central Alberta area. The primary focus of this project is transactional cleanup and high-volume reconciliations. Our client is in need of hands‑on professional who can dig into our systems, match historical data, and clear out backlogs.

Key Responsibilities & System Requirements:

• System Expertise: Strong working proficiency in Sage 300 is required , as the candidate must be able to navigate the system immediately with minimal onboarding.
• Reconciliations: Performing extensive bank, credit card, and sub-ledger reconciliations, including A/P and A/R.
• Data Cleanup: Investigating transaction discrepancies, identifying duplicate or misallocated entries, and clearing outstanding historical items so our team can cleanly close the books.
