Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agencies, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Analyze financial data to provide management with actionable insights for decision-making.
Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
CPA license preferred, but non-CPAs with strong experience are welcome to apply.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
