Position Overview
Job Description
- Handle daily accounting operations, including:
1. Expense reimbursement
2. Cash and bank transaction management
3. Accounts receivable (AR) management
4. Accounts payable (AP) management
- Support and execute monthly closing activities
- Prepare accounting-related documents and reports
- Coordinate with headquarters in Japan, Japanese expatriates, auditors, and external service providers
- Support tax and statutory compliance requirements
- Assist with accounting process improvements and workflow development
- Support BOI and other regulatory-related administrative tasks when required
