Job Summary – Accounting Staff

The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations by maintaining accurate records of transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This role ensures that financial data is recorded properly and complies with company policies and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices and handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconciling bank statements and preparing journal entries.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Working with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
