Position Overview

  • Financial Record Keeping
  • Maintain and update accounting records, journals, and ledgers.
  • Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in the accounting software.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Process invoices and payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconciliation:
  • Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances to ensure proper recording.
  • Payroll Support:
  • Assist in processing payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Tax Filing Support:
