Position Overview
Our client is involved in selling personal care and health care products in Asia Pacific.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for parts of bookkeeping and using SAP and filing documents: Accounts payable and payment vouchers.Accounts receivable and receipt vouchers.Sales voucher checking by coordinating with the Logistics team.Preparing AR risk reports for JPHQ.Issue invoices to JPHQ and the related country. Tax Management. Completing Input and Output VAT reports, input VAT reconciliations, and VAT tax filing for the Revenue Department. Inventory. Handling yearly product destruction observation.Handling yearly stock-taking at the warehouse with the Logistics team. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Closing. Setting up all accrual expenses in the SAP system.Handling accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other account details.Preparing royalty reports for JPHQ.Supporting the external Auditor with half and whole-year audits in cases of informat...
