Your role:
Carry out accounts payable functionsEnsure payment requests are processed timely and accuratelyWork in conjunction with internal parties to handle general enquiresParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the implementation of system projects and application of artificial intelligence tools.Devise and recommend alternatives to supervisors on improving the existing systems and proceduresBe responsible for all tasks relevant to the role such as verification of vendor invoice; payment processing, bank reconciliation and perform other ad-hoc assignments as required To succeed in this role:
Higher Diploma / Degree holderMinimum three years of solid experience in related fieldAdaptability in dynamic environments, detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.Well versed with MS Office applications and, preferably, exp...
