🔹 Leadership & Strategy

+ Present financial updates to Board & committees

+ Partner with leadership on budgeting, policy, and planning

+ Develop and enforce accounting policies, controls, and procedures

+ Serve as liaison with government and external stakeholders

+ Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance

+ Provide guidance on budget management and financial performance

+ Strengthen internal controls across AP, payroll, procurement, and assets
