Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes facilitating timely reporting and analysis of financial data.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors addressing findings and implementing recommendations.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
