Serve as a business partner to operational leadership, helping the team establish and maintain a cross-functional accounting and closing process that aligns with organizational goals. Manage various accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, system integrations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and corporate SG&A, along with related analysis and reporting. Supervise day-to-day operations of the accounting team, ensuring efficiency in all aspects of the month-end close process. Review, analyze, and optimize account reconciliations. Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams in evaluating operational and financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting as needed.
