Position Overview
Job Description
- Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes using MISA accounting software.
- Handle tax filings and respond to audits.
- Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and report to management.
- Calculate factory costs, manage budgets, and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Manage the Accounting Team.
- Report to and coordinate with the Japanese headquarters.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen internal controls and stabilize finance operations during the company's growth phase.
- Coordinate with external accounting consultants, who are planned to be introduced as collaboration with the Japan side expands. Job Requirement
