This position supports daily accounting operations through accurate transaction processing, expense administration, and financial record maintenance. Responsibilities:
• Review and reconcile company credit card activity, including American Express and Visa transactions, to support timely and accurate reporting.
• Administer employee expense submissions in Concur by validating entries, checking policy compliance, and helping ensure reimbursement requests are processed on schedule.
