Position Overview
- Ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively
- Process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Ensures that the aging of accounts are strictly monitored especially for clients who have terms agreement
- Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and reconciling bank statements
- Keeping financial records updated
- Daily encoding of financial transactions in database
- Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably with work experience with bookkeeping
- Can analyze data
