Accounting Clerk:
Our client needs an Accounting Clerk to do basic accounting duties within both AR & AP to support the Accounting Manager. This candidate must be able to step into this role with minimal training and no handholding.
This candidate would have an accounting background doing:
Handling invoices, payments, and receipts
Recording daily financial transactions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
Billing & follow-up calls on receivables
Resolving discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions
Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
Inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets
