Temp-to-Hire Accounting Assistant opportunity!
Our client is is seeking a detail oriented professional with experience in tax preparation, payroll, QuickBooks or any combination of these skills.
Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting functions, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial record maintenance
- Assist with tax preparation, payroll processing, and/or QuickBooks tasks based on experience
- Prepare and organize financial documents for internal use and client review
- Communicate with clients to gather information, answer questions, and provide excellent service
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field required
- Experience in tax preparation, payroll, QuickBooks, or any combination of these areas
