On-site - Quezon City 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports
• Monitor and update inventory records regularly
• Coordinate with warehouse or supply teams to ensure accurate stock levels
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support audit and inventory count activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role, preferably with inventory exposure
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
