Job Description:
β Record all financial transactions of the company both system and all books of accounts.
β Maintain financial records up to date.
β Reconciling bank and book balances.
β Assist in preparing financial statements.
β Processing payments to the supplier.
β Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
β Track all the expenses of the company and analyze the budget and actual data.
β Filing and encoding of all issued receipts and other supporting documents needed in accounting.
β Issue bills to customers, as needed.
β Assist on collecting payments from the customers, as needed.
β Other tasks that the management may be given.
Qualifications:
β The candidate must possess at least Bachelorβs /College Degree in Finance Management/Accounting Technology or equivalent
