The accounting assistant plays a key role in the administrative and accounting management of the Valvert homes in Pully and Carrefour in Lausanne, emergency and short-term reception homes for adolescents. The position includes responsibilities in accounting and administrative management, and adapts to the specific needs of each site.
Functions & Responsibilities:
Cash Management: •Preparation and updating of cash files•Verification of expenses incurred•Accounting and cash reimbursement of staff cash funds for the assigned sites
Administrative management of residents and billing: •Filing and archiving (accounting and administrative files).•Monitoring invoices and residents’ expenses, in collaboration with educators, according to budgets and individual situations.
