We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join a team in Downers Grove, Illinois and provide reliable support for complex order processing and day-to-day accounting coordination. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, works carefully with detailed transactions, and communicates effectively across finance, customer service, and operations. The role will contribute to accurate order flow, billing support, reconciliations, and month-end activities while helping maintain strong documentation and internal control standards.
