Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting - Handle full set of accounts
- General Ledger accounting
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end closing activitiesPerform revenue and expenditure variance analysis
Accounts Payable & Receivable - Manage vendor payments and collections
- Oversee Accounts Receivable management
- Process customer billings and weekly sales reports
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
Treasury, Tax & Compliance - Treasury reporting
- Prepare and submit GST returns
- Assist with annual corporate tax filings
- Coordinate annual audits and statutory filings with ACRA
