Job Description

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
• Reconcile bank and other financial accounts
• Compile management reports
• Ensure compliance with VAT legislation and prepare VAT returns
• Prepare audit files for external auditors
• Compile ad hoc reports as required by management
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (In-house system; Pastel experience is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• High level of integrity and professionalism
