Little Paddington Preschool is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing management reports, and supporting the organisation's financial planning and operational requirements.

• Handle and maintain the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with accounting standards.
