Sierra Flower Trading is the largest importer and distributor of fresh cut flowers in Canada. We are currently looking to hire an Accountant to join our team. The key objective of this role is to provide direct support to the Controller in the preperation of financial reports and analyses that are pertinent to the company's management.

Accounts Payable (15%):

• Code, verify, and enter supplier invoices into Acomba


• Issue cheques and prepare electronic transfers according to required payment terms, then submits them for signature


• Send electronic payment details by email


• Review supplier statements and ensures all invoices have been received


• Prepare and make bank deposits and mail cheques


• Perform any other related tasks
