Key Responsibilities - Prepare, maintain, and review financial records related to F&B operations
- Manage cost control, reconciliations, and variance analysis for inventory and sales
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock valuation
- Utilize Syrve to understand technical cards, recipes, and inventory workflows
- Maintain accounting records and financial reports using Zoho
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations
