Accountant – Real Estate Development

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with 4–6 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years within a UAE real estate development company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Process and review supplier invoices, payment requests, vendor reconciliations, and scheduled payments.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, contractor payments, and development expenditures.
• Manage escrow account reconciliations and ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and other applicable regulations.
• Handle customer financial documentation, including Statements of Account, receipts, tax invoices, credit notes, and customer account reconciliations.
