Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Zoho Books.
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Generate management reports and provide financial analysis.
  • Monitor company expenses and ensure proper cost allocation.
  • Handle petty cash management and reconciliation.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related accounting records.
  • Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
