The Accountant/Bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records and supports reporting, payroll, and analysis to enable sound financial management and timely decision-making. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role owns day-to-day bookkeeping including journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. It prepares periodic financial statements and management reports, processes payroll and related statutory deductions, supports budgeting and cashflow tracking, monitors expenses against budget, and assists with audits, tax filings, and compliance.
