As an Accountant you will participate in accounting month end and year end activities. Ensure accuracy of finance information according to US GAAP and Spanish GAAP. Comply demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly balance sheet and prepare quarterly BS account reconciliations.
• Accruals and prepayment calculation and posting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Corporate.
• Prepare annual statutory accounts.
• Fulfil and submit tax forms (VAT + Intrastat + Income taxes).
• Coordinate external auditors.
• Prepare intercompany transaction details on an annual basis.
• Reply to specific requests from local tax authorities.
• Active coordination with shared service centers.
• Active participation to implement finance projects in Iberia region (LEI, ERPS, etc.).
• Active participation in planning process.
