Job Description
An employer is looking for a Account Representative for an opportunity located in Georgetown KY. This individual will work directly with a set of customers supporting their material needs in the manufacturing space. These customers are repeat customers you will be working with week over week to ensure they are receiving the product needed to keep their production lines running. This includes receiving POs from customers then creating work orders for operations staff to ship material, updating internal and client systems, update client on where things are at in process, understand customer forecast and rundown rate, work cross functionally with procurement, accounting, and operations teams, and other duties as assigned. This role will require direct communication with customers via email and phone as needed.
