Role Overview Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of clients within its CP ESG Audit & Assurance solutions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful adoption of audit, risk, and assurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, queries, and escalations.
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and drive value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting.
