Policy and procedure development: Create, revise, and implement HR policies and operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Recruitment and talent management: Assist with recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and career development for employees. Employee relations: Advise on and help resolve employee issues, complaints, and performance management challenges. Legal compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations. HR technology: Advise on and assist with implementing new HR software and other technologies. Performance analysis: Analyze current HR practices, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
