DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the major home appliance customers.Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the home appliance segment.Provide essential technical support to customers, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product management, supply chain, operation) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
