Job Purpose

Our client is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their Sales team. This role is responsible for managing key export customer accounts within the fruit industry or FMCG sector, developing new market opportunities, and driving sustainable business growth within the global fruit industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal sales strategies and detailed weekly demand plans.
• Align marketing requirements with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for export customers, maintaining clear communication and high service standards.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, growers, and suppliers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within export markets.
• Negotiate pricing and volumes to maximise sales performance and grower returns.
