Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets.
  • Understand and analyse customer's business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges.
  • Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value.
  • Possess deep product knowledge of Zoho products with ability to show product demos as needed.
  • Build and manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping opportunity.
  • Build relationships, retain, negotiate, and close business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and arrest churn.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of business development experience from a software/SaaS background targeting mid to large sized companies.
  • Prior experience in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, and HRMS.
