Position Overview

Preferred Functional Knowledge (Skills & Tools): Good communication and Writing skills. Should be able to connect with leadership of clients. Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to be proactive Convincing skill, Knowledge on Account management practices. Working knowledge of CRM tools like Custify, Hubspot or GainSight will have added advantage Key Responsibility (Day to Day Activities): Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales team to execute on those opportunities Identify the risk client proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate leading to reduction of client churn Frequent client reach outs, review Account health, Publish accounts dashboards. leading to reduction of client churn Qualification and Experience 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, HR transformation OR HCM implementation and customer management roles / HR consulting roles.
