Position Overview

About the Role As a Sales Associate, you will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers in your assigned region. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding their testing requirements, generating business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities Customer Relationship & Account Management Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and region. Visit customers regularly and submit daily visit/activity reports. Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships. Add new customer accounts from the assigned region.
