Requirements - Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Gaining a deep understanding of the client's business, objectives, and challenges to tailor services or solutions accordingly
- Overseeing client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction
- Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships
- Providing clients with regular updates on project status and soliciting feedback to improve service delivery
- Tracking account metrics and performance indicators to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
