The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and communicating with clients, overseeing change orders and following up on them with the clients.

- Respond and maintain all customer requests via phone, fax, and email accurately and in a timely manner, while exceeding their expectations.
- Develop, maintain and sustain a positive relationship with all customers.
- Identify, develop and formulate growth strategies with the sales and marketing management team.
- Responsible for selling CMP’s full line of services and capabilities and occasionally meet/visit with customers while always reflecting positive company image.
- Initiate and maintain prime contact on all customer special projects and to follow up on said projects internally and externally until completion.
